ZeraVox Studios provides full-cycle game development, 3D asset creation, technical outsourcing, and game co-development services. The specific scope, deliverables, payment terms, and timelines for client engagements are defined under separate Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), or Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) executed between ZeraVox Studios and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate client contract:

• Site Content: All trade names, brand visual designs, text, graphics, proprietary layouts, and code present on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of ZeraVox Studios.
• Client Deliverables: IP ownership rights for commissioned game assets, source code, or custom 3D art are transferred to the client upon full payment as stipulated in the governing project SOW.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any material from this Site without prior written consent from ZeraVox Studios.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When interacting with our Site and contact forms, you agree not to:

• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive digital assets.
